Term and Privacy.
Allow 5-7 business days for processing and shipping, this excludes Sundays and holidays. Packages are shipped Monday-Wednesday to ensure your package is not sitting idle over the weekend. All orders are mailed through USPS, Priority Mail.
RefundALL SALES ARE FINAL. Refunds will not be given for damaged products, this includes delivered packages left unattended or in a mailbox. We advise our customers to track their packages to ensure retrieval of products for proper storage after delivery. Premere Candle will honor an exchange of the same item. Management will make accommodations if your item is sold out.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged within 48 hours of delivery. Exchanges requested after 2 days of delivery will be honored at the owner’s discretion. Email us at premerecandles@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery to inform us of your defective product.
*We reserve the right to refuse returns/exchanges of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
